Ian founded Roberts & Partners Lawyers in 1988.

Ian has represented multi-national companies, and been involved in cross border legal issues, opinions and advice in international law matters.

Ian advises individuals, family businesses and large corporations with not only legal experience and knowledge but commercial acumen to get the best results for his clients.

MR CHRISTIAAN ROBERTS BEc- LLB (Honours)

Principal – Sydney & Hobart

Christiaan has significant experience in litigation and dispute resolution matters. Christiaan is committed to the delivery of commercial and advantageous results for clients.

Prior to being a Principal of Roberts & Partners Lawyers located in the Sydney office, Christiaan practiced at a boutique commercial and litigation firm in Sydney.

Christiaan has advised and acts for private companies in Tasmania, New South Wales and Victoria. Christiaan takes an assertive and forensic approach to all his matters to ensure cost effective and fruitful results for clients.

MR ANTON ROBERTS BA LLB (Honours)

Solicitor – Sydney, Hobart & Swansea

Anton has practical experience in commercial transactions from a diverse range of industries including agribusiness, construction, hospitality and professional services.

Anton services a range of diverse clients including multi-national corporations, multi-generational family enterprises and various SME’s whether it be in respect of commercial matters, compliance, due diligence or litigious matters.

Anton can also assist with wills and estates, and succession planning for individuals and family enterprises.
